Maintenance

We carry out maintenance for our own properties and managed properties alike, to the same level of excellence. All routine maintenance and emergencies are carried out by our own team with the same level of priority to guarantee your tenants safety and satisfaction.

Deposits:

All tenancy deposits are held in accordance with the government approved regulations of MyDeposits. This is to guarantee that your tenants receive their deposit back once the tenancy is terminated. In the instance where a dispute arises regarding the deposit and the condition of your property, MyDeposits will provide a free and impartial dispute resolution service.

Rent:

Southerly homes will collect monthly rental payments from your tenants. Should a tenant miss any rental payments we will notify you immediately and take the necessary action, upon your authorisation.

Insurance:

You will be responsible for insurance of your property’s building. Your tenants will be responsible for their own contents insurance. 

Reports:

Southerly Homes will perform inventories and inspections on your behalf, we will also provide you with up to date reports regarding your portfolio on a regular basis. 

Fees:

Southerly Homes offers competitive fees, these will be subjective and are dependent on the quantity of properties managed and the services required. We work with landlords whose portfolios vary in size and will also manage single properties.
